Our customers and providers are so important to us, and everyone in our Customer Operations team goes the extra mile for them. Every colleague in this team is passionate about putting customers first, great listeners, innovators and problem solvers. They’re the heart of connecting us to our customers, and make sure all the information on our sites is right, easy to read, and engaging.

Based across the offices in London and Ewloe, this team is made up of 60 colleagues working in two key streams: Customer contact centre and operational management. You could join this team in a variety of roles, including Customer Advisors, Complaint Handlers, Data Administrators, Quality Auditors, and Team Leaders.
