  • Salary: We are a Real Living Wage accredited employer, and this role pays above the Real Living Wage

*We follow a hybrid approach to work, with time spent together in the office and time where you work best. You’ll spend at least 2 days a week in-person, but given learning commitments and sessions, it’s reasonable to expect 3–4 days in the office. You’ll need to be based in a commutable location. Our commercial team regularly meets partners, so there will be a small element of UK travel.

This apprenticeship offers a structured pathway to develop these skills internally, combining formal training (Level 4 accredited qualification) with on-the-job experience from day one. You’ll contribute directly to commercial KPIs by driving new tenancy opportunities in energy and niche products, supporting revenue growth initiatives, and retail voucher concepts for SSC.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking beyond your experience to date; we want to see your aptitude for working with people, building strong relationships, and a passion for personal growth and development.

You may be (but not limited to):

  • A recent graduate looking for your first role in a commercial, sales-focused, or account management environment
  • A career returner seeking a structured pathway into a commercial role
  • Someone with customer-facing experience wanting to transition into a commercial role
  • Recently completed a higher-education course in marketing, business, or a related subject

  • A good understanding of MONY Group (what our brands do and who we help)
  • Commitment to learning and development (studying for a Level 4 qualification will take time and energy)
